In response to the Jammin’ on Janesville event, which has been well attended and growing in size each year, the Muskego Area Chamber of Commerce has announced that they will not be hosting the event due to the difficulty of hosting the event each year. The event was created to help local businesses during the road reconstruction and to help them through the difficulties. Also, when the event was first held, it was attended by a few hundred people, but by 2023, it had grown to over 10,000 people.
Muskego Area Chamber’s Basis for Judgment
The Muskego Area Chamber of Commerce said that there were many problems with the 2023 event, such as lack of manpower and road closures, which caused financial problems and extreme fatigue for the organizers. Therefore, they said that they could no longer afford to continue the event, so they will stop the Jammin’ on Janesville event and consider a new location and format to present to the public. They thanked the sponsors and people who helped make Jammin’ on Janesville happen in the past and said that they will send out an announcement soon.
